South of England AA U13 / U15 / U17 Championships

It was very windy conditions at the Southern Age Group Champs, so times were down, particularly in the sprints as athletes were running into a head wind.

Scarlett Gammell had a long day competing in a heat, semi and final and did well coming second and picking up a silver medal in U15 girls 75m hurdles.

James Ingham also of Watford Harriers competed in the U13 boys 800m and came 7th in his heat but also got a PB of 2.37.56 beating his previous best by 2.5 seconds.

There was also a bronze medal and PB for Sabrina Jansen in the U15 Girls Long Jump. Well done Sabrina 🥉
